ATASOFT™ ("ATASOFT", "we", "us") is a software company operating at atasoft.xyz, building for companies, offices, developers and app owners across three areas: Minecraft services, Discord bot development, and website & security. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services you apply for through it.
We do not sell VDS/VPS hosting capacity or offer a self-service checkout. Every engagement begins as an application (see Section 3) that our team reviews individually. Exact scope, timeline and any commercial terms for a given project are confirmed directly with you after your application is reviewed — they are not fixed price lists on this site.
To apply, you submit the form for the relevant service at /application/<service>. Submitting an application requires actively accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy. An application is a request for us to review your project — it is not a contract, and submitting one does not guarantee we will accept or be able to complete the work.
If your application is approved, the approval email will ask you to confirm with our HR department to move forward. Any project-specific agreement (scope, cost, delivery) is finalized separately once confirmed.
You agree not to use our site or services to: violate any law; submit false information in an application; attempt to bypass, probe or disrupt our security systems (including our CAPTCHA and OAuth integrations); or use anything we build for you to build spam, abuse, or malicious tooling.
"ATASOFT™" and our logo are trademarks of ATASOFT, used here with the ™ symbol because registration is in progress and not yet complete. Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, all content on this site (text, design, code) is owned by ATASOFT or its licensors. Deliverables built for you under an approved application are governed by the delivery agreement confirmed for that project.
"Sign in with ATASOFT" is powered by ATASOFT Accounts (accounts.atasoft.xyz) — this is our own identity system, fully owned and operated by ATASOFT, not a third party. The same applies to our other systems on their own subdomains (bot.atasoft.xyz, support.atasoft.xyz, and others listed on our Systems page) — they are all ATASOFT, just organized as separate products. ATASOFT Accounts publishes its own, more detailed privacy notice at accounts.atasoft.xyz/privacy-policy.php covering how it specifically handles your login credentials.
We do use a small number of genuine third-party providers — a CAPTCHA service for bot/spam protection, and our email delivery provider — see our Privacy Policy for details.
This section sets out the policy for subdomains and hosting infrastructure allocated under the ATASOFT™ domain (*.atasoft.xyz).
Limited, private allocation (non-public subdomain policy). ATASOFT subdomains (*.atasoft.xyz) and our hosting infrastructure are not a public service and are not open to automatic or self-service applications. They are allocated with limited permission only to strategic partners, private partners and internal projects approved by ATASOFT.
Independent content and system responsibility. Websites, software, game-server systems, databases and all content published on an allocated subdomain (for example *.atasoft.xyz) are the independent property of the respective partner. The content on those sites and their system activity do not represent the official views, software or responsibility of ATASOFT.
Right of termination and intervention (unilateral closure). In the event of a security risk, a breach of Turkish or international law, a copyright infringement, or the end of the partnership relationship, ATASOFT reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or fully close the relevant subdomain and hosting access without prior notice.
Absolute disclaimer. ATASOFT and its management can under no circumstances be held liable for any unlawful act, misuse, copyright infringement or harmful content committed on a subdomain (*.atasoft.xyz) allocated to partners or third parties — however minor. All activity carried out on those domains and all legal responsibility for it belongs entirely to the respective subdomain administrator. In the event of any violation or risk, ATASOFT has the right to immediately close and delete the relevant subdomain and hosting without notice.
Our website and application process are provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, ATASOFT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site; liability for delivered project work is set out in the specific agreement for that project.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The "last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
