Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what data ATASOFT™ collects through atasoft.xyz, why, and what choices you have. We collect as little as we need to review your application, keep the site secure, and remember your language preference — nothing more.

2. Data we collect

• Application data — name, email, optional company name, and the project message you submit on an application form.
• Sign in with ATASOFT data — if you choose to sign in, ATASOFT Accounts sends us your name, email, and avatar (per the profile and email scopes) so we can pre-fill forms for you. We do not receive your ATASOFT Accounts password.
• Cookies — see Section 4.
• Basic technical data — IP address and browser user-agent, collected automatically by our server logs and used only for security (e.g. abuse/rate-limiting), not for tracking or advertising.

3. Why we use it

To review and respond to your application, to send you the confirmation and (if applicable) approval emails described on our application pages, to notify our HR department of new applications, to keep the site secure against bots and abuse, and to remember your chosen language.

4. Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie:

• atasoft_lang — stores your chosen language (English or Turkish) so we don't have to detect it on every visit. Set for one year. You can clear it any time via your browser's cookie settings, or switch languages using the EN/TR toggle in the header, which resets it.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Your PHP session cookie (used only while you're signed in with ATASOFT) is a standard, temporary session cookie and is not used for tracking.

5. Our own systems and outside providers

• ATASOFT Accounts (accounts.atasoft.xyz) — this is not a third party. It is our own identity system, fully owned and operated by ATASOFT, used across all of our products including this site. It publishes its own, more detailed notice at accounts.atasoft.xyz/privacy-policy.php covering exactly how it handles your login credentials; here, we only ever receive the profile fields listed in Section 2. The same "fully ours" point applies to our other systems (bot.atasoft.xyz, support.atasoft.xyz and others — see our Systems page).
• Our CAPTCHA provider — a genuine outside vendor, used to protect forms from bots and spam.
• Our email/SMTP provider — a genuine outside vendor, used only to deliver the transactional emails described in Section 3.

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

6. Third-party & partner subdomains

Any user data, cookies or log records collected on subdomains allocated to partners under ATASOFT (*.atasoft.xyz) are the direct responsibility of the partner that operates the relevant subdomain. Unless otherwise stated, ATASOFT does not process end-user data from those subdomains or store it in its own primary databases. Users visiting partner sites are encouraged to review the privacy notice of the relevant subdomain.

7. Third-party subdomain disclaimer

Absolute disclaimer. ATASOFT and its management can under no circumstances be held liable for any unlawful act, misuse, copyright infringement or harmful content committed on a subdomain (*.atasoft.xyz) allocated to partners or third parties — however minor. All activity carried out on those domains and all legal responsibility for it belongs entirely to the respective subdomain administrator. In the event of any violation or risk, ATASOFT has the right to immediately close and delete the relevant subdomain and hosting without notice.

8. Data retention

We keep application records for as long as needed to review them and, if approved, deliver the related project, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 7.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@atasoft.xyz. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses, developers, and other professional applicants, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The "last updated" date below reflects the latest revision.
